Genesis GV70 Electrified is now available for pre-order. Prices start from 67,300 euros. The Korean premium brand is making the official announcement after an electric SUV was unveiled at the show in November. As expected, it is called Electrified GV70.
The electric car is equipped with two electric motors front and rear with a total power of 360 kW and 700 Nm of torque. The battery capacity is 77 kWh, using the large battery found in the Genesis GV60, Kia EV6, and Hyundai Ioniq 5. Thus, the GV70 has a WLTP range of up to 280 miles.
The battery can be charged from 10 to 80% in just 18 minutes. The fast charging speed is made possible by the famous 400/800V fast charging system from Hyundai Motor Group. Like other electric vehicles from Genesis, Hyundai and Kia, GV70 has bi-directional charging as an option.
The electric car will go on sale in October 2022. It is only available in the Sport version for 67,300 euros. Standard equipment includes a 14.5-inch touchscreen, power leather seats and steering chassis. Technology and a comfort package are optionally available.
