As the first 2022 Ford E-Transit units were shipped to dealers, more details about the Ford Pro Charging program began to emerge, with the 2022 Ford F-150 Lightning due to begin arriving this spring.
In total, Ford Pro Charging will offer six charging solutions. Equipment ranges from a 48 amp (11.5 kW) Ford Pro Level 2 Charging Station that will cater for home and depot charging needs, to a commercial 180 kW Ford Pro DC Fast Charge Dispenser.
Once the charging equipment systems are up and running, Ford Pro will continue to support its commercial customers with Ford Pro E-Telematic and Ford Pro Charging software solutions that enable fleet managers to better track their fleets. Ford Pro E-Telematic and Ford Pro Charging software solutions include smart charging, preconditioning, remote monitoring, home charging reimbursement management and reporting software to help reduce energy costs, maximize vehicle efficiency and uptime.

This should motivate us to accelerate the transition to clean energy. This is a view, as I said, shared by our European allies, and a future in which together we can achieve greater independence.
Regardless of the size of their business or the industry they operate in, we'll help them plan their charging infrastructure - whether it's installing home chargers for employees or developing a large-scale depot system - for a smooth transition to electricity.
